As a multimedia audiovisual magazine, from part of the team behind Safar Journal, Al Hayya reports on the work, interests and strife of woman in the context of South West Asia and North Africa. It features interviews, opinion pieces and visual essays ranging from sex education to protest and the destruction of Beirut. Al Hayya serves as a platform dedicated to amplifying the lived realities of women in the SWANA region and to provide opportunity for feminist discourse to be held through artistic expression and cultural approaches.
